How is the delivery charge calculated?
Our delivery charges are based on the size of your order, when you want your order and where your order is delivered to.
The contents of a delivered box are typically based on the physical size of your shopping and any packaging required. We add extra packaging, like bubble-wrap, for fragile items such as glass & liquids to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each delivered box may contain up to 25kg of shopping, which is a lot of shopping. Most orders ship in a single box of 39cm x 58cm x 50cm (approx. 15" x 23" x 20").
Delivery charges are also dependant upon where you have your order delivered to and when you want your order. We offer a range of delivery services at different prices.
What does "Free Delivery" mean?
Qualifying orders get "Free Delivery", which refers to our cheapest delivery rate within England, Wales and parts of Scotland only. Premium delivery options such as delivery on Saturday & Sunday and other areas of the U.K. and Europe will have an equivalent discount applied to their delivery costs. Minimum spend applies.
Who will deliver my order?
We use DPD for the vast majority of orders. However, we may use other services for very small (envelope size) or very large (pallet size) orders such as Royal Mail. Contact Us for more details.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will typically arrive within 2-3 working days of you placing your order. We usually pick your order within 24hrs of receiving it, then our chosen courier DPD deliver it to your door.
Not going to be in?
DPD offer extra delivery features that help you track & manage your orders. However, we may use other services for very small (envelope size) or very large (pallet size) orders such as Royal Mail. Contact Us for more details.
How can I change my DPD delivery address?
The simplest way to change your DPD delivery address is to login to My DPD and choose Change Delivery
How can I rearrange my DPD delivery?
With your DPD delivery, you can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local shop, or come to the depot to pick it up.

How can I collect my DPD parcel?
With your U.K. DPD delivery, choose from one of our 2,500 local Pickup shops including Doddle, Halfords, Numark Pharmacies and other local stores.

Shortly after placing your order you will receive email updates from us with your order summary. If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Junk E-mail / Spam folder just in case the confirmation email was delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click Not Junk, which will allow future messages to get through. If you still haven't received your email please Contact Us.
All of your orders can be viewed & tracked within the Orders section of your Profile.

When we dispatch your order, typically DPD will keep you up-to-date via email or SMS text message to your mobile with the status of your delivery, including delivery time estimates and options to adjust your delivery such as changing address, re-arranging delivery and more.
Very small (envelope size) or very large (pallet size) orders may be delivered by other couriers. See Who will deliver my order?

What is BFPO delivery? (British Forces Post Office)
The British Forces Post Office provides an efficient and effective Postal and Courier Service to serving British forces personnel and their families worldwide, including exercises and operations. We offer delivery to service personnel via the BFPO service.
We cannot confirm a specific delivery timescale, as delivery to BFPO addresses are determined by the forwarding carriers, location of BFPO address and restrictions that maybe imposed by the MOD.
Once an order is delivered to the BFPO site, please contact the BFPO Customer Service to track your order further.
Please Check for prohibited items as your order can be turned away.
Who can use BFPO?
All HM Forces personnel are entitled to receive their orders via BFPO, the bank account and billing details must be registered in the UK.
